I got the chance to do quite a few shows with Dan Seals and he was one of the nicest people I have ever had the chance to meet. Very gracious, humble and generous.. and what a talent.. a great singer, with a uniquely identifiable voice and also a wonderful songwriter. He was also half of the pop duo, England Dan and John Ford Coley.. before he went solo.
The music world has lost another great and he will be missed by a lot of people. I can say that it was truly an honor to have known Dan.
My deepest sympathies and condolences go out to all of his fans, friends and family. Rest in Peace...
